Marsh & McLennan Agency seeks a Client Manager with deep knowledge of health and welfare plan benefits and excellent client service skills. The role supports renewals, new business presentations, and open enrollment, guiding benefit analysts and coordinating with carriers to deliver timely materials.

The candidate will review complex benefit materials, communicate plans to clients clearly, and maintain compliant documentation while developing professional client relationships.

Formación

• Strong understanding of health and welfare plan benefits and carriers.
• 5 years’ experience providing group health and benefits sales or service in brokerage or carrier.
• Bachelor degree strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsabilidades

• RFP review and preparation.
• Analysis of utilization reports, carrier reports and claims data and trends.
• COBRA, HIPAA and coordination of 5500 data.
• Coordinate with carrier representatives to ensure smooth plan implementation.
• Prepare client census and benefit plan information for renewals and open enrollment meetings.
• Present financial measures used to predict plan costs and premiums.
