Job summary

Gallagher Benefit Services is seeking a client-focused professional to serve a defined group of small business clients, managing day-to-day work across routine and moderately complex accounts. You’ll maintain service quality, coordinate resources, and protect existing business while uncovering opportunities for expanded coverage and services.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of client coordination and/or claims management experience or a high school diploma with 8+ years,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3 or more years client coordination and/or claims management experience.
• OR High School degree with 8 or more years client coordination and/or claims management experience.
• License required.
• Able and willing to travel approximately 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Be the steady point of contact for an assigned group of small business clients.
• Manage day-to-day work across routine and moderately complex client accounts.
• Keep service on track, bring in the right resources for client's needs, and look for ways to protect existing business while opening the door to more coverage and services.
• Help grow trusted relationships with existing clients.
