Job summary

The role requires 7+ years in client service and/or claims management, travel up to 50%, and proficiency in MS Office. A Bachelor's degree and licensing as needed are required to succeed in this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 7+ years in client service and/or claims management.
• Ability to travel up to 50% and hold applicable licenses if required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Expand existing relationships and deliver high-quality, efficient service to internal and external clients.
• Manage day-to-day accounts of moderate to high complexity.
• Contribute to revenue growth, client retention, and satisfaction through excellent service.
• Oversee sales of products/services and provide strategic liaison with clients.
• Mentor staff and support training as needed.
