Job summary

Examinetics, a leading workforce health provider headquartered in Overland Park, KS, seeks an Inside Salesperson who blends inside sales and customer service to drive growth. You will contact clients post-occupational health testing, guide next steps, and recommend products and services to complete their programs.

You will also handle inbound leads from new customers, prospect for new business, and coordinate with scheduling teams to arrange on-site visits when needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1-3 years sales experience and interaction with potential or current clients.
• Experience with a CRM tool for managing leads and accounts.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Work directly with an assigned Sales Manager to support territory growth.
• Conduct daily client outreach to clients who have just finished occupational health testing.
• Conduct 90-day follow-ups to the same clients in addition to immediate post-testing calls.
• Cross-sell and up-sell complementary services on post-test and 90-day outreach.
• Process sales orders from existing clients and new customers.
• Arrange clinic visits with the client and scheduling teams when service requires on-site visits.
• Manage inbound website sales inquiries in a timely and thorough manner.
• Prospect for new business, including cold calls.
• Assist clients with any needs, issues, or complaints during discussions.
