Job summary

Azerion is seeking a Client Services Manager in a hybrid role based in New York City. You will drive client retention, revenue growth, and satisfaction across high-priority accounts, partnering with Sales, Trading, Analytics, and Strategy to deliver data-driven digital advertising solutions.

You will translate business objectives into actionable strategies, lead quarterly reviews, and collaborate across teams to exceed performance goals.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years in client services, account management, or media planning in adtech/digital marketing.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Experience upselling and driving revenue growth with senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for key clients; ensure timely communication.
• Lead quarterly business reviews and strategic sessions with clients.
• Collaborate with Sales, Trading, Analytics, Product, and Marketing.
• Oversee campaign planning, execution, and performance analytics; ensure budget adherence.
• Support renewals, pricing strategy, and expansions through proposals.
