Azerion's US Team in NYC is seeking a Senior Director of Sales to drive regional revenue growth and strategic client development across North America.

You will oversee high-value partnerships, shape go-to-market strategies for premium programmatic and data-driven solutions, and lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Trading, Product, and Client Services.

The role blends executive relationship management with hands-on leadership and may include management responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of experience in programmatic media, data-driven advertising, or adtech sales.
• 1-5 years in a senior or strategic leadership capacity.
• Proven ability to drive multi-million-dollar revenue growth through enterprise-level partnerships.
• Experience operating in a fast-paced, matrixed organization balancing strategic priorities with hands-on leadership.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, negotiation, and communication skills with a track record of closing high-value deals.

Responsibilities

• Drive regional revenue growth and expand Azerion’s market share across the U.S. regions.
• Develop and execute a regional sales strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
• Own and exceed regional sales quotas through strategic planning and high-impact client engagements.
• Build executive-level relationships with agencies, brands, and platforms.
• Lead strategic negotiations and present Azerion’s value across premium supply, data, and creative solutions.
