Job summary

Ticketmaster seeks a Client Development Director to focus exclusively on TM Sports client accounts, driving renewal, upsell, and long-term revenue growth. You will partner with internal leaders to deliver exceptional client experiences, while developing strategic account plans and ensuring high client satisfaction across a portfolio of major sports clients.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years’ experience in live entertainment with focus on account management/development
• BA/BS in Business, Marketing or related field or equivalent experience
• Experience with live event ticketing or real-time inventory management systems preferred
• Strong presentation and project management skills
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
• Experience leading change in a matrix organization

Responsibilities

• Operate as the voice of the customer with internal stakeholders
• Develop and implement account management blueprint to maximize revenue and renewals
• Upsell existing clients on products, programs, or services
• Forecast tickets and revenue and develop client-level business plans
• Maintain Salesforce with accurate contact and account details
• Coordinate responses to RFPs and manage client inquiries
• Retain accounts and maximize margins through renewal engagement
• Identify new business opportunities and conduct strategic account reviews
