Job summary

You will coordinate with internal teams, manage orders and quotes, support contract renewals, monitor KPIs, and help grow existing accounts while prioritizing client satisfaction and profitable delivery.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in account management, client operations, or sales (2+ years preferred).
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Experience in localization and media.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Own client relationship management and act as main point of contact for client inquiries and escalations.
• Oversee client orders and POs, coordinate with Service Delivery and other internal teams.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate quotes and orders.
• Support contract renewals and pricing negotiations to maximize profitability.
• Provide regular performance reports and insights to clients and management.
• Plan and coordinate client events and executive summaries.
