The Client Executive will participate in setting client strategy, manage the cadence of service, and support day-to-day needs to exceed expectations. You will lead client management, project planning, renewal/vendor sourcing for human capital risk programs, and collaborate with PE HCR teams

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in finance, business, marketing, risk management, or HR management.
• 5–10 years of industry experience.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and process orientation.
• Outstanding communication skills, both oral and written.

Responsabilidades

• Provide best-in-class client service across a diverse book of business.
• Develop client strategies and support PE HCR initiatives.
• Manage project timelines and the client service cadence.
• Coordinate renewal/vendor sourcing and benefits processes.
• Mentor client service team and support business development.
