Job summary

The Baldwin Group seeks a Client Executive to participate in setting client strategy and manage the cadence of client service across multiple clients. You will listen to client needs, support day-to-day requests, and project-manage initiatives to meet timelines and exceed expectations.

Responsibilities include handling human capital risk strategies, renewals, and vendor sourcing while coordinating with PE HCR teams to align with client goals. A strong communicator and organizer will thrive here.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, marketing, risk management, or human resources management.
• 5-10 years of industry experience.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize client needs in a fast-paced work environment.
• Strong organization skills and process oriented.
• Self-motivated individual willing to work in a team environment and do what it takes to get the job done.
• Outstanding communication skills both oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Client Management: Provide best in class client service by exceeding client expectations for a book of business across diverse locations, through effective project management and proactive strategy.
• Participate in setting strategy for Human Capital Risks including Benefits, Compliance, Change Management, and Communications with SMEs.
• Resolve client and vendor-related day-to-day service issues; manage the client service experience end-to-end.

Education
