Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial insurance brokerage or risk consulting experience for complex clients.
• Proven success advising middle-market and large commercial organizations.
• Active Property & Casualty insurance license.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary strategic advisor for complex commercial clients.
• Develop trusted C-suite relationships and lead strategic account planning.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative insurance and risk management solutions.
• Present placement recommendations and manage program design, negotiation, and placement.
• Mentor junior staff and promote collaboration across the national platform.
