Job summary

Wellist is seeking a Senior Manager, Client Engagement to own engagement strategy and execution for employer clients. You will identify opportunities to boost enrollment, develop targeted campaigns, and help clients understand what drives results.

This role is individual contributor, blending strategic thinking with hands-on execution, using AI tools and coordinating designers, translators, and vendors to deliver high-quality work quickly.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in client engagement, growth or lifecycle marketing.
• Ownership of end-user adoption, activation, or enrollment.
• Excellent writing and ability to translate complex info into clear communications.
• Experience managing campaigns from strategy through measurement.
• Comfort using performance data to guide decisions.
• Experience with senior client stakeholders (Total Rewards, HR).
• Strong organization and attention to detail across multiple workstreams.
• Willingness to travel 10–20%.

Responsibilities

• Develop client engagement strategy across employer clients.
• Design and execute campaigns across email, direct mail, digital, manager-led communications, and onsite activations.
• Write campaign copy and manage a network of contractors.
• Manage campaigns from strategy through deployment and measurement.
• Maintain cadence of about one campaign per client per month.
• Socialize engagement and ROI results with Total Rewards and HR leaders.
• Translate performance data into clear recommendations and next steps.
• Partner with clients to strengthen activation efforts and improve results.
• Codify best practices and build scalable processes.
