Job summary

EVERSANA in the Greater Boston area seeks a seasoned IT Manager / Product Manager to bridge business needs with delivery teams and translate requirements into Salesforce-enabled solutions. You will drive backlog, milestones, and compliance across platforms.

You will lead cross-functional teams including analytics, design, engineering, and UX to deliver scalable, event-driven campaigns and Salesforce/Cvent integrations within a regulated pharma context.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant work experience.
• Strong working knowledge of Salesforce/Sales Cloud.
• Bachelor's degree in IT or Business Management.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating them into a product vision.
• Experience working in regulated industries such as pharma/life sciences.

Responsibilities

• Shape the squad vision and backlog to deliver business impact.
• Translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Balance business value with technical feasibility.
• Own end-to-end execution and release planning.
• Ensure integrations across Salesforce and Cvent function correctly.
