Job summary

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree and 4-6 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• 0-2 years’ leadership experience

Responsibilities

• Provides guidance to assigned Client Delivery Executive team members.
• Guides team members through execution of Client Delivery Executive duties, including day-to-day client contact and interaction.
• Engages across internal product, service and related teams, and supports ongoing service reviews.
• Identifies and resolves issues, documents and reports, and supports revenue and retention success.
• Ensures team plans, implements and executes delivery of contracted services.
• Keeps leadership advised of potential problem areas and team achievements.
• Allocates work and monitors team performance with coaching and corrective feedback.
• Acts as first escalation point for issues raised by team members, customers or stakeholders.
