Job summary

MarketStar in Salt Lake City, Utah seeks a Director of Client Services to lead strategic client programs, drive revenue growth, and ensure operational excellence. You will own client relationships, oversee large teams, and align programs with business objectives.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in client services or sales leadership, proven P&L experience, and a track record of cross-functional collaboration with executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in client services, sales leadership, business operations, customer success, or related functions.
• Experience managing managers and large client-facing teams.
• Experience with forecasting and budget management and P&L.
• Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the executive sponsor and primary strategic contact for assigned client partnerships.
• Build and maintain relationships with client executives and key stakeholders.
• Ensure SLAs and business objectives are met or exceeded.
• Develop strategic growth plans to increase program value and client satisfaction.
• Lead executive business reviews and provide strategic recommendations.
• Identify risks and opportunities and drive solutions.
