CFS in Midtown Atlanta seeks a Client Accounts Specialist to manage a diverse client portfolio and support attorneys, clients, and finance leadership.

You will gain visibility, own collections, AR, and billing resolution while using ARCS, Aderant, and e-billing platforms to address complex account matters. This is a growth-focused role in a respected professional services environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in client accounts, AR, or billing roles.
• Experience with commercial collections and client account management.
• Law firm or professional services experience preferred.
• Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and relationship skills.
• Experience with ARCS, Aderant, Excel, and e-billing platforms preferred.
• High school diploma required; accounting/finance coursework preferred.

Responsabilités

• Analyze account activity, payment trends, aging reports, and balances.
• Collaborate with attorneys, billers, and finance to resolve collections.
• Investigate disputed invoices, short payments, and unapplied cash.
• Monitor e-billing platforms and address processing issues.
• Maintain accurate account documentation and follow-up records.
• Support collection priorities and escalation as needed.
