Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in senior client accounts or related AR roles.
• Commercial collections and credit management experience required.
• Law firm or professional services experience preferred.
• Advanced Excel proficiency and experience with Aderant, ARCS, or similar systems.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Sr. Client Accounts Specialist managing a portfolio of client accounts and AR activity.
• Partner with attorneys and clients to resolve past-due balances, billing disputes, and payment issues.
• Develop collection strategies, payment plans, and recommendations that improve cash flow and reduce risk.
• Analyze account histories, financial trends, and collection performance to identify opportunities for resolution.
• Maintain accurate portfolio records within Aderant and ARCS while ensuring timely follow-up.
