Qualifications

• BA degree or higher and at least three years of recruitment experience.

Responsibilities

• Support development and implementation of recruitment initiatives to recruit, hire and retain classified employees.
• Perform searches for qualified candidates using a variety of recruitment sources.
• Utilize social media accounts to increase engagement and enhance recruitment strategies.
• Assist in engaging prospects and drive interest in applying to the District.
• Respond to applicant inquiries and manage communications.
• Collect and analyze data to inform decisions and prepare reports.
• Manage candidate relationships from contact to application completion.
• Use recruitment tools to source talent and post jobs.
• Create and facilitate engaging multi-media presentations for diverse audiences.
• Monitor qualified applicants and recommend recruitment actions.
• Develop and execute onboarding for all classified job families.
• Develop and implement a strategic plan for classified recruitment, retention and experience.
• Screen and evaluate applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Coordinate pre-employment requirements (drug screens, backgrounds, etc.).
• Plan and attend job fairs and outreach activities to attract candidates.
• Maintain regular applicant communication and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Produce recruitment materials and distribute them across channels.
• Partner with community organizations and workforce agencies to expand candidate pools.
