Job summary

Apogee Engineering, LLC seeks a Personnel Manager to support the HAF/A10 civilian workforce. You will advise on strategic human capital planning, manpower allocations, and DoD/Air Force policies to recruit and retain qualified personnel for AF/A10.

This on-site role focuses on building capability for the nuclear and CWMD mission. Located at Joint Base Anacostia Bolling in Washington, DC, the position is full-time and contingent upon contract award.

Qualifications

• US citizenship required; TS-level clearance eligibility needed.
• Bachelor's degree and 10 years of relevant experience; 5+ years DoD experience.
• Master's degree preferred; 8 years of DoD experience; 5 years DoD in discipline.
• On-site at Joint Base Anacostia Bolling, Washington, DC.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment, management, and development of the Treaty Compliance Officer workforce.
• Provide advisory support on strategic human capital planning for AF/A10E.
• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of civilian personnel actions.
• Edit and optimize position descriptions and career progression frameworks.
• Summarize workforce analytics into briefings and reports.
