• Interprets purchasing procedures to departments and vendors.
• Processes complex purchasing transactions per statutes and guidelines.
• Identifies suppliers by researching product availability and educating new suppliers.
• Manages bids and solicitations, writes bid specs, conducts bid openings and bid analysis.
