• Coordinate strategic planning, performance measures, and statewide/federal budget adherence.
• Guide and advise City officials on budgetary and policy matters.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and coordinate preparation of budget and five-year capital plans.
• Direct budgetary and financial analysis, forecasting, and policy interpretation.
• Oversee department operations, training, grants, and performance management.
• Ensure alignment of resources with City priorities and legal requirements.
• Support strategic planning retreats and coordination with partners.
