• Plan and coordinate the preparation and implementation of the city operating and capital budgets.
• Direct professional staff and oversee revenue/expenditure forecasting and performance measures.
• Oversee the five-year revenue/expense forecast and the City’s capital improvement planning.
• Coordinate strategic planning retreats and performance improvement initiatives.
• Provide strategic guidance to the City Manager and ensure policy compliance and effective financial management.
