Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and coordinate the preparation and implementation of a fiscally sound operating budget and CIP.
• Direct and supervise professional staff in budget analysis, forecasting, and reporting.
• Develop multi-year revenue/expense forecasts and strategic financial plans.
• Coordinate performance measures and reporting to City management and Commission.
