The City of Largo is seeking a Performance & Budget Manager to oversee the Budget and Capital Improvement Program. This role drives strategic financial planning, performance management, and data governance to align resources with the City’s goals.

Reports to the Performance & Budget Director and leads Budget Analysts and staff. Requirements include a Bachelor’s in Public Administration or related field, four years in budget/performance analysis, and two years supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, or closely related municipal field; four years in budget/performance analysis.
• Two years of supervisory or project management experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee budget and Capital Improvement Program and present to City Commission.
• Lead performance management, data governance, and strategic planning initiatives.
• Coordinate financial planning, analysis, and policy compliance across departments.
• Supervise Budget Analysts and staff, including hiring, training, and performance reviews.
• Ensure risk management and adherence to city policies throughout processes.
