Job summary

Motion seeks a visionary Vice President and Chief Information Security Officer to lead information security strategy and governance globally. You will direct ISS, IAM, cyber defense, GRC, and risk management, aligning security with business goals and regulatory requirements.

You will report to the executive team and the board, drive incident readiness, and guide remediation and disclosure processes while partnering with leaders across the company to safeguard critical platforms and data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, cybersecurity or related field.
• 15+ years of related experience in a publicly traded company.
• Advanced certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead ISS, IAM, Cyber Defense, and GRC strategy across the organization.
• Mature enterprise cybersecurity governance, risk and compliance activities.
• Oversee security programs for AI-enabled capabilities, data protection and third-party risk.
• Provide executive reporting on security risk, incidents and budget decisions.
