Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, IS, CS, business, or related field.
• Eight years of progressive IT experience including management responsibilities.
• At least three years of demonstrated people leadership experience.
• Experience developing and executing technology strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex technology initiatives and manage resources.

Responsibilities

• Translate business strategy into a forward-looking technology roadmap.
• Build and lead an exceptional IT team with coaching and performance reviews.
• Champion AI, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Oversee enterprise infrastructure, networks, apps, and core systems.
• Ensure technology risk management, information security, and regulatory compliance.
