Reporting to the Chief Operating and Technology Officer, the CIO will oversee operations, governance, budgeting, and change management while strengthening security, compliance, and vendor partnerships across a complex banking environment.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in CS, Admin, Eng, or Information Studies with 10+ years' management experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication; strong administrative and people skills.
• Understanding of current technology trends in banking and complex environments.
• Experience implementing new technology in legacy environments; crisis management.

• Set strategic IT direction and lead a dynamic IT organization to meet bank goals.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovative service delivery.
• Ensure efficient IT operations: hire/train staff, set goals, enable a productive environment.
• Balance customer service with security of technology assets.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop IT strategies and oversee projects.
• Manage IT resources, budgets, vendor contracts, and third-party risk.
• Develop and enforce IT policies; lead staff training and data security initiatives.
• Prepare reports for senior management and monitor IT performance metrics.
