Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS or related field.
• 10+ years of technology experience with 5+ years in senior leadership.
• Financial institution experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong teamwork, relationship building, and communication abilities.

• Develops and executes the Bank's technology strategy, multi-year roadmap, annual operating plan, and investment priorities.
• Advises executive management and the Board on technology strategy, cybersecurity, operational resilience, and digital transformation.
• Leads technology modernization and partnership initiatives aligned with regulatory expectations.
• Evaluates emerging technologies and industry trends to improve client experience and operational efficiency.
• Establishes technology governance, standards, and project prioritization with measurable benefits.
• Directs infrastructure, networks, cloud services, enterprise applications, and end-user computing.
