Job summary

Community Credit Union of Florida is seeking a Chief Information Officer to guide our technology strategy and digital transformation. You will lead IT operations, cybersecurity, data management, and PMO while ensuring regulatory compliance and reliability across our systems.

The role reports to the CEO and is a member of the Executive Leadership Team. A Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years in IT leadership are required; Master’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years of IT leadership experience.
• Experience leading technology strategy and digital transformation.
• Strong governance, risk, and regulatory compliance knowledge.
• Ability to advise CEO and Board and manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the organization’s technology strategy, operations, and digital transformation.
• Oversee IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, data management, and PMO.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and system reliability.
• Manage vendor relationships and IT budgets.
• Advise leadership and the Board on technology initiatives.
