Job summary

Community Credit Union of Florida seeks a Chief Information Officer to lead technology strategy, operations, and digital transformation in support of its mission and growth. Reporting to the CEO and serving on the Executive Leadership Team, the CIO oversees IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, data governance, and the PMO, aligning initiatives with risk, compliance, and member experience.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of IT leadership; a Master’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the organization’s technology strategy and digital transformation.
• Oversee IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, data management, and the PMO.
• Manage vendor relationships and budgets; advise the Board and leadership.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, risk management, and system reliability.
• Foster cross‑department collaboration and community stakeholder relationships.
