Ford Office Technologies seeks a strategic Chief Information Officer (CIO) to lead the technology vision for the organization. The CIO will oversee IT operations, support and modernize applications, and drive innovative technical solutions aligned with long-term business goals.

The role requires extensive IT leadership experience, strong cybersecurity and cloud expertise, and the ability to manage budgets and vendor relationships while building a high-performing IT team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field; MBA or master's degree preferred.
• 10+ years IT leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a senior executive role.
• Proven experience leading enterprise-wide technology strategy.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, applications, data governance, cybersecurity, and cloud technologies.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to align technology initiatives with business strategy.
• Experience managing large teams and complex budgets.
