Job summary

Longview Capital Corporation seeks a Chief Information Officer to guide technology strategy, governance, and risk management. You will partner with the CEO, Board, and executives to ensure secure, reliable systems across locations while leading transformation initiatives and regulatory compliance.

The role requires strong IT leadership, strategic planning, and expertise in governance, security, and critical banking applications. On-site work in Newman, IL is expected with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
• Significant progressive IT leadership experience in governance, cybersecurity oversight and critical systems.
• Experience advising executive leadership and Boards on technology strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and governance of Board level IT strategy aligned with enterprise goals.
• Oversee day-to-day IT operations, security posture, and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure governance of critical banking systems, disaster recovery, and resilience planning.
• Direct vendor management, staffing plans, and cross-functional coordination with executives.
• Develop and maintain policy, risk management, and audit readiness supporting board reporting.
