Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Accounting or related field.
Master's degree in business administration, operations research or computer science is desirable.
A minimum of ten years of senior IT leadership experience, preferably in financial services.

Responsibilities

Leads IT and information security functions, including technology strategy, governance, and execution of long- and short-term plans.
Partners with executives and the Board to drive technology initiatives and regulatory compliance.
Builds and develops a high-performing, inclusive team through coaching and talent development.
Maintains awareness of emerging technologies and industry trends to strengthen strategic partnerships.
Represents the Bank on IT and IS topics to external stakeholders and the Board Technology Committee.
