Job summary

Goodwill Industries of North Florida seeks a CIO to lead enterprise IT strategy, cybersecurity, and infrastructure across multiple sites in Jacksonville. The role partners with the CEO, senior leadership, and the board to align technology with mission goals and program delivery.

The CIO will drive digital transformation, oversee software, data governance, and disaster recovery, and manage IT budgets and vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and evaluate a comprehensive enterprise IT strategy aligned with the organization’s plan and priorities.
• Serve as senior technology advisor to CEO, SLT, and Board as appropriate.
• Translate business needs into scalable, secure, cost-effective technology solutions.
