The role requires at least seven years in IT leadership, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and a preference for a master’s degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, information systems, cybersecurity, or a closely related field.
• At least seven years of progressively responsible information technology experience with leadership.
• Experience leading IT personnel and major systems or implementations.
• Ability to transition quickly from executive strategy to hands-on execution.
• Experience with cybersecurity, data practices, and customer-facing services.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute a realistic technology strategy aligned with College goals and student success.
• Lead IT operations for enterprise systems, data integrity, and reporting.
• Ensure cybersecurity, backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity practices.
• Coach and develop the IT team with clear expectations and performance measures.
• Manage IT budget, vendor relationships, contracts, and asset lifecycle.
