Job summary

Morongo Casino Resort & Spa is seeking a Chief Information Officer (CIO) to lead the technology strategy and IT operations across the enterprise. You will report to the CFO, oversee AS/400, mainframe, and critical systems, and drive innovation while ensuring compliance in a casino environment.

The role requires extensive IT leadership, strong budgeting skills, and proven success delivering enterprise-wide digital transformations in hospitality settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Business required; MBA preferred.
• 15+ years IT leadership with 7–10 years executive experience.
• Experience overseeing infrastructure, cybersecurity, and digital transformations.
• Casino/hospitality multi-property experience preferred.
