Job summary

CSL Behring is seeking a Senior Manager, Competitive Intelligence to support the Global CI team by delivering evidence-based strategic and tactical guidance through actionable intelligence. The role collaborates with Commercial Development, International Business, Finance, R&D, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and other stakeholders to inform decision-making across inline and pipeline portfolios.

Qualifications

• BA or BS is required; Advanced degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant business experience, including at least 5 years in competitive intelligence, 2 years in advanced analytics, and 3+ years in secondary market research.
• Pharmaceutical and/or biotechnology industry experience required;
• Experience Within a Global Manufacturing Organization Preferred.
• Some travel required.
• Strong analytical capabilities with ability to apply CI methodologies and validate insights.
• Proven research skills to interpret, validate, and leverage insights from multiple sources.
• Experience with budgets and handling external CI vendors.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based strategic and tactical guidance through actionable intelligence.
• Support decision-making across CSL Behring and cross-functional teams.
• Translate intelligence into timely insights, actionable recommendations, and practical solutions.
• Lead CI programs and manage external CI vendors as needed.
• Collaborate with TA/Brand teams, Insights & Analytics, and other stakeholders to define KPI topics.
