Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Technical Chief of Staff for Data Center Engineering in HPE Networking. This hybrid role requires you to work from an HPE office on average 2 days per week in California and collaborate across engineering, product, sales, and operations.

You will partner with the SVP/GM to accelerate outcomes, prepare executive materials, travel as needed, and ensure follow-through on strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s engineering degree with 12+ years in Engineering or Product Management.
• At least 5 years of leadership experience in a matrixed environment.
• Strong technical, communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate across Engineering, Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain to remove roadblocks and drive priorities.
• Provide concise insights into performance, investment choices, and org health.
• Represent SVP/GM, review routine matters, and drive follow-through.
• Develop executive presentations and messaging with Marketing and Communications.
• Support travel for key customer meetings and events with the SVP/GM.
• Run operating rhythm with staff meetings, business reviews, metrics, and follow-ups.
