Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Channel Strategy & Optimization Senior Associate on the Pages and Placements team to lead channel strategy and performance analytics across owned digital marketing channels. This high-visibility role partners with cross-functional teams to translate insights into executive communications and clear recommendations that meet performance targets.

You will design analytics frameworks, governance processes, and scalable operating mechanisms to support LOB priorities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or relevant business field.
• 4+ years hands-on experience in digital marketing analytics, marketing technology, performance measurement, and experimentation in web or app channels.
• Strong analytical capability with data tools such as Adobe Analytics and Tableau.
• Executive communication to present insights clearly to senior stakeholders and LOB partners.
• Strong stakeholder management, problem solving and business judgment.

Responsibilities

• Expand channel strategy to meet top business priorities and move beyond reactive requests.
• Share recommendations and best practices via playbooks, analytics, and strategic insights.
• Collaborate with CSO teams to align marketing plans across lines of business.
• Improve default strategy to optimize customer experience and incremental revenue.
• Assess performance across channel, page, placement and full funnel.
• Govern channel pages, placements and experimentation launches with governance.
• Create executive-ready presentations to socialize insights and decisions.
• Partner to develop governance playbooks and end-to-end processes.
• Dive into campaign strategy to optimize targeting, creative, placement, and frequency.
• Monitor weekly/monthly results and investigate root causes.
