Job summary

CyberOne is seeking a results‑driven Channel Marketing Manager to lead partner programs and co‑branding initiatives in a hybrid work environment in Plano, TX. You will build strategic relationships with technology vendors, manage MDF funding, and develop joint campaigns that drive demand and pipeline with sales teams.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in B2B marketing with partner programs, CRM/MA experience, and a proven ability to execute at scale across events, webinars, and content programs.

Qualifications

• Four or more years of B2B marketing experience with partner marketing.
• Experience delivering co-branded or partner campaigns across programs.
• Knowledge of partner programs: tiers, deal registration, incentives.
• Experience creating sales enablement programs for sales teams.
• Experience with CRM, marketing automation, or partner management platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple programs, priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage strategic relationships with technology vendors and partners.
• Manage MDF lifecycle from eligibility to utilization.
• Maintain partner program requirements and certifications.
• Develop and execute joint marketing campaigns with partners.
• Plan field events and partner-sponsored activities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Events, and Finance to coordinate programs.
• Track MDF utilization and partner-influenced pipeline.
