Job summary

CyberOne is hiring a Channel Marketing Manager to grow strategic technology partnerships and translate them into measurable marketing and sales opportunities. You will manage MDF, joint campaigns, field events, and partner performance across CyberOne’s ecosystem.

In this hybrid role, you’ll work with Sales, Events, Finance, and vendor partners to maximize partner investments, increase pipeline, and build scalable partner marketing processes for long-term success.

Qualifications

• Four or more years of B2B marketing in partner/channel/alliances.
• Experience developing and delivering co-branded campaigns across multiple programs.
• Working knowledge of channel programs, tiers, rebates, and related requirements.
• Experience developing sales enablement programs and internal training.
• Experience with CRM, marketing automation, or partner platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple programs, priorities, and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen CyberOne’s technology vendor partnerships and co-sell opportunities.
• Manage end-to-end MDF lifecycle: eligibility, proposals, approvals, campaigns, and reimbursements.
• Maintain partner program requirements, tier statuses, incentives, and program criteria.
• Develop and execute joint marketing campaigns with strategic partners (content, webinars, email, paid media).
• Plan field events and conferences with logistics, staffing, and on-site representation.
• Leverage account-mapping tools to identify shared accounts and translate insights into pipeline.
• Deliver vendor-focused sales enablement programs with positioning and resources.
• Coordinate partner programs and investments across Sales, Events, and Finance.
