Qualifications

• 3+ years in call center, contact center, sales operations, customer service operations, or related environment.
• Experience managing multiple high-priority projects with competing deadlines and stakeholders.
• 3+ years leading cross-functional initiatives involving business transformation, operational readiness, process improvement, or program delivery.
• Experience communicating updates, recommendations, risks, and outcomes to senior leaders or executive stakeholders.
• Experience analyzing operational data to identify trends, root causes, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Experience independently identifying and resolving complex operational issues in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders and driving initiatives to completion without direct reporting authority.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic initiatives and complex projects from planning through execution with governance and tracking.
• Develop and maintain project plans, roadmaps, milestones, risk logs, and executive status reporting.
• Identify process inefficiencies, gaps, and risks via data analysis and stakeholder engagement.
• Lead process-improvement initiatives to enhance member experience, agent efficiency, sales effectiveness, and performance.
• Translate strategies into executable programs, timelines, and measurable outcomes.
• Operate in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and accelerated delivery needs.
• Serve as a trusted partner to executives with concise communication and visibility into risks and progress.
• Collaborate across Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Technology, and partners to align priorities.
