Job summary

StratasCorp, located in Washington, DC, is seeking an Organizational Change & Operations Specialist to support U.S. Navy and DoD transformation initiatives. You will coordinate organizational change, readiness activities, stakeholder engagement, and leadership support across complex programs.

The ideal candidate has experience in high-accountability environments, with capability to coordinate with senior leaders, government entities, contractors, and analysts on actionable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in military/government change-management, program coordination, or transformation.
• Active Secret clearance or higher; U.S. Citizenship required.
• Experience coordinating activities across multiple organizations or stakeholder groups.
• Experience preparing reports, briefings, trackers, or decision-support products for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate organizational-change and workforce-readiness activities tied to roles, processes, governance, and technologies.
• Assess effects of changes on stakeholders, workflows, and operations; identify readiness gaps and barriers.
• Develop and maintain change, readiness, and stakeholder-engagement activities aligned with schedules and priorities.
• Coordinate engagements with senior government, military, contractor, and program stakeholders; prepare leadership materials and briefing documents.
• Collect, organize, and synthesize information to support leadership decision-making; develop dashboards and reports.
