Job summary

Elior North America in Houston, TX is seeking a Change Management Specialist to support organizational initiatives and help teams adopt new systems, processes, and ways of working.

You'll collaborate with the Change Management Manager, project teams, HR, and leaders to plan change, communications, training, and stakeholder engagement across the organization, thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in change management, organizational development, communications, project management, HR, or a related field.
• Working knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Experience supporting stakeholder engagement, change impact assessments, communications, training, or organizational readiness activities.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of change management strategies and plans for key business projects and organizational initiatives.
• Conduct stakeholder assessments, change impact assessments, and readiness evaluations to identify potential challenges, risks, and opportunities.
• Partner with project teams and business leaders to incorporate change management activities into project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
• Develop clear and engaging communications, including emails, presentations, FAQs, talking points, toolkits, and SharePoint content tailored to different audiences.
• Create resources and materials that help leaders and team members understand, prepare for, and successfully navigate organizational changes.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and Learning & Development teams to identify training needs and develop supporting materials, job aids, and learning resources.
• Support stakeholder engagement activities, change champion networks, meetings, and feedback sessions to encourage participation and adoption.
• Track change readiness, employee adoption, and potential resistance, providing recommendations to address gaps and improve outcomes.
• Maintain project documentation, change management plans, communication calendars, trackers, and other deliverables across multiple initiatives.
• Help develop and enhance change management tools, templates, processes, and best practices to strengthen organizational change capabilities.
