Job summary

Elior North America in Houston, TX is seeking a Change Management Specialist to lead adoption of new systems, processes and ways of working across the organization.

You will work closely with the Change Management Manager, project teams, HR and leaders to plan change, communications, training, stakeholder engagement and adoption efforts across multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment where priorities evolve.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience.
• 3+ years in change management, organizational development, communications, project management or related field.
• Knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and best practices.
• Experience with stakeholder engagement, communications, training or organizational readiness.
• Strong written and verbal communication with ability to tailor content for diverse audiences.
• Excellent organizational and project coordination skills with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of change management strategies for key projects.
• Conduct stakeholder assessments, change impact assessments and readiness evaluations.
• Partner with teams to integrate change management activities into project plans and timelines.
• Develop clear communications and materials for different audiences (emails, FAQs, talking points, toolkits, SharePoint content).
• Create resources to help leaders and staff understand and navigate changes.
• Identify training needs and develop materials, job aids and learning resources.
• Support stakeholder engagement activities and change champion networks.
• Track readiness and adoption, and provide recommendations to address gaps.
