Job summary

You will collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to assess impacts, develop mitigation strategies, and create training materials while tracking readiness and outcomes. The role emphasizes continuous improvement of change methodologies and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years in change management or related roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication, adaptable messaging.
• Collaborative with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess impacts.
• Proficiency with MS Office and creating presentations/reports

Responsibilities

• Support change management activities for organizational initiatives and adoption.
• Partner with project teams to assess impacts, risks, and mitigation.
• Assist in creating change plans, communications, training, and stakeholder engagement.
• Track readiness, adoption, and feedback; adjust as needed.
• Monitor milestones and provide status updates and documentation.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of change methodologies and tools
