Job summary

Citi is seeking a Senior Change Specialist to lead strategic change across Master Reference Data Operations. You will partner with business, operations and technology to deliver improvements to reference data management on a global scale.

In this hybrid role based in Getzville, NY, you will chair design authority, govern change programs, and ensure alignment with budgets and regulatory requirements while guiding teams through end-to-end delivery and testing.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years in senior change, transformation, or program delivery roles with data-focused exposure.
• Proven ability to govern programs across multi-stakeholder environments from start to finish.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders across business, operations, technology, and compliance.
• Strong knowledge of reference data concepts and systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic change initiatives across Master Reference Data Operations.
• Chair and manage design authority for change initiatives.
• Oversee the functional Book of Work and governance adherence.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing and embed new ways of working.
• Represent MRD Operations in organization-wide program forums.
• Partner with sponsors to validate business cases and align to goals/budget.
• Identify and assess risk, escalate issues, ensure regulatory compliance.
• Drive evaluation and implementation of strategic tech solutions with IT teams.
