Qualifications

• 10+ years in senior change, transformation, or program delivery roles.
• Experience engaging and influencing senior stakeholders across business, operations, technology.
• Strong knowledge of reference data concepts, processes, and systems.
• Proven ability to manage scope, governance, and multi-stakeholder execution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to translate complex info.
• Analytical thinking to identify root causes and design solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic change initiatives across Master Reference Data Operations.
• Chair and manage design authority for change initiatives.
• Oversee the functional Book of Work and governance adherence.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing and embed new ways of working.
• Represent Master Reference Data Operations in organisation-wide forums.
• Partner with sponsors to validate business cases and align with goals and budget.
• Identify and assess risk and ensure regulatory and policy alignment.
• Drive evaluation and implementation of strategic technology solutions with ops and tech teams.
