Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in senior change, transformation, or program delivery roles with data-focused exposure.
• Ability to manage scope, governance and execution across multi-stakeholder environments.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders across business, operations, tech and compliance.
• Knowledge of reference data concepts and systems; apply to change impact assessments.
• Track record of identifying inefficiencies and reengineering processes for measurable improvements.
• Strong written and verbal communication; translate complex info for diverse audiences.
• Ability to resolve cross-functional issues with analytical problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic change initiatives across Master Reference Data Operations.
• Chair and manage design authority for change initiatives with stakeholder sign-off prior to implementation.
• Oversee the functional Book of Work ensuring compliance with governance frameworks and policy requirements.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing and embed new ways of working.
• Represent Master Reference Data Operations in organization-wide forums to communicate priorities.
• Partner with business sponsors to validate business cases and ensure alignment with goals and budget.
• Identify and assess risk, escalating issues and ensuring regulatory compliance in changes.
• Drive evaluation and implementation of strategic technology solutions with operations and tech teams.
