Job summary

Nebraska Public Power District (NPPD) invites applications for a Strategy & Transformation Team Lead to guide business transformation initiatives. Located in multiple Nebraska sites, this role reports to the Continuous Improvement Manager and focuses on Lean/CI, Agile Scrum, change leadership, and strategic planning across value streams.

The position requires a bachelor's degree with 2+ years (or an associate with 4+ years, or high school with 6+ years) and experience in operations management,

Qualifications

• Experience in electric, natural gas or related industry operations and management.
• Knowledge of Continuous Improvement program implementation, maintenance and measurement.
• Experience with Change Leadership and project planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement change initiatives of modest to moderate complexity.
• Mentor coaches and teams on Lean and Agile methodologies.
• Develop strategies, stakeholder assessments and communication plans.
• Facilitate meetings with sponsors and users to ensure adoption.
• Collaborate with Value Stream Owners for performance measures and alignment.
